The morning focused on Cairo's
Coptic
and Islamic heritage in the old city.
There were no pictures allowed in the
Coptic Museum,
but there was a power failure and no lights were on in the museum anyway.
Christianity has a long history in Egypt and there continues to be a significant
population of Christians in Egypt today, including many
Coptic Christians.
